Emma Morano was born in the 1800 and she turned 117 in November of 2016, but passed away in April of 2017.
What is really interesting, is that she consumed over 100,000 eggs over 90 years.
Ema was born in 1899, November 29 in Italy. She lost her six months old son and left her abusive husband. In the interview with the New York Times, she said: I did not want to be dominated by anyone.
Beyond her resilient nature and genetics, the consumption of eggs contributed much of her long life. Emma suffered from anemia so she was told to consume 3 eggs per day. Many people still think that these products are full of cholesterol – but they are completely wrong!
