Professor Dr. Sergey Bubnovskij recommends using of this simple method to strengthen your immunity:
Every night when you come home after a hard working day, put in your bathtub a large bowl of completely cool, almost icy water.
Make sure to stay away from hot water. Then get in the tub with bare feet and tap in the ice cold water for 10-15 seconds. You can also dance to some lively music if you wish.
Then, get out of the bathtub and wipe your feet with a dry rough towel and put on wool socks. Repeat this every night before going to sleep and you will notice significant results.
If you already have problems with colds or cough, step with bare feet in ice cold water every 4 hours. Do not be afraid that you will only worsen your condition, on the contrary, this method will certainly strengthen your immunity, claims Dr. Sergei.
