6 lemons

300 g parsley

METHOD:

Wash first celery well and grate it. Put this in a pot, add the juice of lemons and cover the pot. Put this in another pot of boiling water. When this is done, reduce heat and simmer on low heat for 2 hours.

Remove pots from heat and do not open them yet until cool. Put the mixture in a jar and close it tight. Refrigerate.
