Salt

Make a solution of salt and water to swish. Salt has the ability to kill bacteria by changing the pH level in the mouth. Also, this solution will reduce swelling.

Ingredients:

½ tablespoon salt
1 glass lukewarm water or mustard oil

Instructions:
Add the salt in a glass of water and swish your mouth 2-3 times a day.
Prepare paste of salt and a few drops of mustard oil. Apply the paste on your gums and let ti act for 3 minutes. Repeat the procedure three times a day.

Baking soda
