Garlic Against Joint Pain
One of these natural remedies is the garlic. It is well known that garlic is a natural antibiotic. Combined with oil, which contains the precious linolenic acid, it makes a very effective remedy for joint pain.
Mash 75 grams of garlic. Add 75 grams of oil and the same amount of alcohol. Mix the ingredients and let them stand for 24 hours. Then drain and use the extract to massage your joints with circular movements.
Knead some dough with yeast for bread and let it rise or buy some dough from the supermarket. Add half a clove of crushed garlic and a tablespoon of oil. Knead the dough well and put it in a cloth bag. Before going to bed, take the bag, warm it a little bit and use a cloth to tie it to the painful place. Leave it there for the night. Repeat the process two more times.
Rosemary can also help you ease the pain. The essential oils in its leaves stimulate the central nervous system and the bloodstream. Its external use reduces pain from spraining the joints and helps with rheumatism.
Boil 4 tablespoons of fresh rosemary leaves with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 liter of water. Let them cook for about 20 minutes, then drain and add the liquid to the water in the bathtub.
