Sleep is connected to your health. That is why there is so much research out there. And with all the research out there, there is also a lot of advice.  What you should eat, how many hours you should avoid caffeine for, how cold your room should be, how dark your room should be, etc.

And after all of that, how often have you heard someone talk about your position during sleep? And have it be connected to your health, and not your personality? Well, today we’re going to talk about it.

So what side should you sleep on?

Your left side. That way, your heart can pump blood more easily, your digestive tract can work better, and this position also affects your spleen in a positive way.
