Homemade cough syrup- Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 kg of carrots
3-4 tablespoons of honey

Method of preparation:

Cut the carrots in pieces and pour some water over them. Boil until the carrots soften, and then, remove them from heat. Mash them with a fork or in a blender.

Do not throw away the water where you boiled the carrots. Use it again when it gets cold. Add the honey in it and add this mixture to the mashed carrots.

Keep the syrup in a cold room.
